B-Mail Bulk Mailing is a special rate set by Swiss Post for the mailing of large quantities of letters at significantly reduced costs.
B-Mail Bulk Mailing normally requires a minimum quantity of 350 letters per dispatch. For letters sent via B-Mail Bulk Mailing, Pingen uses so-called "pooling". This method allows Pingen customers to benefit from the lower rate without having to meet the minimum mailing quantities. Letters are automatically processed by Pingen as soon as there are more than 350 letters in the "pool".
Thanks to QR-bills payment slips, payments within Switzerland are paid even faster. Pingen recognised QR-bills and prints them automatically on official (pre-perforated) QR-bill paper.
